Hello!
My name is Dung, and I am from Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. I started working as an Accounting Manager for NMA-V in August 2025. At NMA-V, I am responsible for monitoring, controlling, and consolidating the organization’s financial and accounting activities, as well as those of the ongoing projects. My work focuses on ensuring that the accounting system operates in compliance with current financial regulations, donor requirements, and the organization’s internal management standards.

In the course of my work, I closely coordinate with the head office in Norway, internal departments, and partners to manage budgets, monitor disbursements, prepare financial reports, and support periodic audits. Through this role, I aim to contribute to transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in the use of financial resources, thereby supporting NMA-V in effectively fulfilling its mission of community development and support for vulnerable groups.

In addition to my accounting management role at NMA-V, I spend time on activities that help maintain a healthy work–life balance. I enjoy learning new knowledge related to financial management, accounting systems, and organizational governance, particularly in the context of development projects and non-profit organizations.

Furthermore, I am interested in activities that promote physical health and mental well-being, such as light sports, reading, and exploring new cultural experiences. These interests help me maintain focus, a positive mindset, and the energy needed to work effectively, while also nurturing empathy and a strong connection with the communities served by the organization.
